The Harrison Hall of Natural Science at Roper Mountain Science Center is getting a makeover! The building, the main part of which was constructed in 1978, will be completely overhauled with a new entry, windows, floors, roof and support systems.
The renovation also includes a reworking of the Marine Lab with new tanks and exhibits with an expanded focus on the coral reef and the food web.
The Harrison Hall of Natural Science is scheduled to re-open in time for Butterfly Adventure 2018.
