Festival Booth

Bring a Roper Mountain Table or Booth to your event. Our festival educators will deliver hands on STEM activities to your festival, family night, school function, or community event.

Requirements:
The site must provide a table and chair(s) for our staff to set up on. If the event is outdoors during the daytime, some sort of shade must be provided (tent, awning, trees).

Travel Area and Schedule:
We will travel up to 2.5 hours, one way, from Roper Mountain to your event. The earliest we can depart Roper Mountain is 7am, so that will determine how early we can arrive at your event to set up. For locations in Greenville county there is no travel fee. Outside of Greenville county there is a travel fee of $1 per mile, round trip.

Pricing:
One educator – For events up to 4 hours with 500 or fewer attendees
Base price - $150 for up to two hours
Additional hours - $50

Two educators – For events longer than 4 hours and/or with more than 500 attendees
Base price - $250 for up to two hours
Additional hours - $75

For very large events where additional staff are needed please contact us for more pricing options.

For locations in Greenville county there is no travel fee. Outside of Greenville county there is a travel fee of $1per mile, round trip.
